Joe Flores has been the owner and operator of Harvest Guest Home since 1995. With support from a professional and highly-skilled staff, and his pharmacist wife, Cynthia, he leads the daily management of providing custodial care to the residents who live at Harvest Guest Home.
Prior to purchasing Harvest Guest Home, in 1995, Joe was President and General Manager of a computer consulting group that pioneered electronic medical claims processing with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois, Medicare, and Medicaid insurance carriers.
Joe was inspired to leave the high-tech industry after caring for his elderly mother, and holding her in his arms, as she passed away. Caring for the elderly parents of other people, at Harvest Guest Home, is an integral part of Joe's own journey as he moves through the circle of his own life.
